Community mentors shared 5 simple life tips anyone can try.> “It’s not about being perfect, it’s about making small changes,” said life coach Maria Delos Reyes.Here are some helpful everyday habits:Wake up early – Starting your day right helps your mood. Take breaks from social media – Rest your mind from the screen. Clean your space – A tidy room helps you think clearly. Talk kindly to yourself – Be your own cheerleader.Spend time with family – Even a few minutes can mean a lot.These tips may seem simple, but they can lead to a happier, healthier daily 

Study Tips

 Study Tip 1: Write notes in your own words. It helps you understand, not just memorize.   Study Tip 2: Use the Pomodoro method: 25 minutes study, 5 minutes break. It keeps your brain sharp!  Study Tip 3: Turn off your phone or use “Do Not Disturb” while studying. Less distraction = faster learning! 🎯Study Tip 4: Set a small goal for each session: “I’ll finish 2 pages” or “I’ll solve 5 questions.” Goals keep you focused!  Study Tip 5: Use colorful highlighters! It makes your notes fun and helps you remember what’s important.
